• Digital Downloads: Files will be available instantly after payment. Refunds are not guaranteed once delivered.
• Escrow: We provide optional escrow services. Funds are held until both parties confirm delivery. Fees may apply.
• Red Wall & Social Posting: Users may share emergency alerts or posts. You agree not to spread false, harmful, or misleading information.
• Games & Rewards: Users may earn points or rewards. Earnings may be withdrawn in USDT, subject to availability and platform rules.

4. Stablecoin Transactions

We support stablecoin usage (USDT, USDC) on compatible blockchains (e.g., Tron, Ethereum, Solana). You are responsible for your wallet and private keys. CluueX is not liable for lost funds due to user error.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Post illegal, hateful, or explicit content
• Commit fraud, scam others, or mislead buyers/sellers
• Engage in hacking, phishing, or abuse of our systems
• Sell stolen, fake, or prohibited goods

6. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of their original content (products, text, media) but grant CluueX a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and distribute it within the platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or delete your account at any time if you violate these terms. We also reserve the right to remove any content or post at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

CluueX is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for direct or indirect losses related to service interruptions, missed payments, or user disputes.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria (or applicable jurisdiction based on future registration).
